Kim's love for real estate started as a child and only became stronger as an adult, watching all of the home renovation shows. Which then, inspired her to purchase her first home as a fixer-upper. Given that experience (purchasing a home as a first time buyer and renovating it top-to-bottom), she knew she wanted to expand her career into real estate, being the resource her clients can lean on throughout their experience.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kim has an innate desire to surpass her clients expectations and see them happy. Helping those who love a creative challenge to see the “bigger picture” and a home’s true potential is a major reward for her. Combining her Business Management degree from the University of Rhode Island with her experience in the restaurant industry, Kim is expertly prepared to meet her clients every need.

Kim grew up in Edgewood, a small town within Cranston, Rhode Island and has been a Warwick resident for the last five years. She's married with two adorable boys, a dog and a cat named Ziggy and Maui. During her free time she loves to travel, hosting and creating memorable experiences for family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and chasing sunsets. She is constantly inspired by thoughtfully designed spaces and the moments that bring people together - something that naturally carries into the way she approaches both life and real estate.
