In addition to being a small business owner at a downtown Providence restaurant, Kim has also added a career in real estate to her entrepreneurial pursuits. The decision to expand her career was born from a desire to develop her creative side and put her passion for interior décor & design to work.  

Kim’s first home purchase was one that needed major TLC. It was a risky decision but she had a vision and successfully turned a house into her loving home, while increasing its value. It’s the most gratifying project she has accomplished so far.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kim has an innate desire to surpass her clients' expectations and see them happy. Helping those who love a creative challenge to see the “bigger picture” and a home’s true potential is a major reward for her. Combining her degree in
Business Management with her experience in the restaurant industry, Kim is expertly prepared to meet her clients every need.

During Kim’s free time she loves to travel, take on DIY projects, dine out, enjoy the outdoors, and most importantly, spend time with her newly growing family and her pup, Ziggy.
